Rezidence Stříbrná zahrada
(Silver Garden Residence)
Project status: under construction
A residential project on the outskirts of Prague in the municipality of Ujezd near Průhonice. The project is currently in implementation and, after its completion, there will be 28 housing units. The final inspection is planned for the first quarter of next year.
Opatovice Living
Residential development
The municipality of Opatovice nad Labem makes use of the strategic location between Hradec Králové and Pardubice, thanks to which there is a considerable demand for suburban housing. In the centre of the municipality itself, we are preparing the construction of 14 family houses. We are planning to commence construction works at the beginning of 2022, with completion set for 2023.

Residential development
Project status: Designing and engineering activities
The prepared residential housing project at the edge of the municipality of Opatovice nad Labem. Design works and engineering activities related to the building permit are scheduled for end of 2021 start of 2022. The actual start of construction on its own land with an area of approx. 7,300 m2 is planned for the second half of 2022 with its completion set for 2024.
